Shipping & Delivery

We want online shopping to be not only convenient but fast.  When you order, you will find a range of shipping options.  Note that for FedEx or UPS delivery, a street address and phone number are required - no post office boxes, please. 

We are unable to offer refunds on shipping service charges - shipping is non-refundable.  Customs charges are paid by the customer, if required by the country of destination, outside the United States.

Returns & Replacements

While we want every order to be the perfect match, we realize that sometimes things don’t work out.  As you order from, you can be confident that we will makes things right.

If an item is defective or not what was ordered, we will cover the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. 

In all other cases, the customer must pay return shipping.  Please enclose the shipping receipt and quote the order number on all correspondence. Returns must be received by in within 14 calendar days of original delivery.  Indicate whether you’d like us to credit your account or issue a refund.

Note that clearance items, altered/tailored items, and earrings cannot be returned.  Please try on and closely inspect all items before altering/tailoring or laundering them.
